SmartFeed Pro NX.
A nozzle compound feeding machine designed to make ladle preparation more consistent and reduce manual work near the hot ladle.

HOW IT WORKS
Load the compound.
An operator loads a measured quantity of nozzle compound into the funnel.
Start the cycle.
Push-button controls initiate the feeding sequence.
Extend into position.
The crane arm extends to position the hopper above the ladle nozzle, then lowers it into the empty ladle.
Deliver and return.
The compound is released at the target location. The hopper lifts clear before the arm retracts.
More consistent placement
Mechanized delivery supports repeatable positioning and feeding.
Less manual handling
Push-button operation reduces manual work during the feeding cycle.
